Life Coaching sessions
Life Coaching in Berkshire is available person to person, and/or over the phone. If you are on Skype video phone is better as client and coach can see each other.
Inially 4 sessions is recommended payable in advance, because coaching requires comitment, from the client.
The paperwork
Before coaching sessions can start, the coach will send the client a document to sign, and also send a signed document of what you can expect from your coach.
These are available for inspection, its really about being on time and truthful.
