Life Coaching
Requires interaction between the coach and you. It can work very well person to person in Berkshire, with some telephone work to discuss completed goals.
Or if its too far, it also works very well over the phone which can be used for all communication, or Skype is preferable, as it allows easy messages and video phone calls, which are free Skype to Skype.
Prices for Life Coaching
The first hour session and the administration is FREE to get us started
Then the charge is only
£25 hour session
or 5 sessions (hours) for £100
10 sessions for £200
Payable in advance, to assist you with commitment to change.You may terminate the coaching at any time. In this case any unused money will be refunded.

Business Coaching
Is Tailored for your business, as companies vary a great deal in size and complexity
Note Business coaching may include indivual person coaching (see above)
Session time will be logged and signed off

- Groups or team coaching

- Individual personal problems affecting the business

- Fact finding visit
