Managers will be personally coached, then taught how to use coaching to manage their staff by encouraging the staff to think and take responsibility. This is the way to make the staff motivated, as they are involved in the business. They learn and perform better.
I will work with your staff coaching them to relate to each other and to the managers I will work with your managers guiding them to use their new skills, and agree goals with their staff. The working environment will be happier and more productive

Business coaching will improve your employees performance.
IT is gentle culture change within your company. Giving better communication, within teams and groups where each member is contributing to a team goal. Business Coaching increases harmonious relationships between the management and the employees, based on effective communication, and allowing staff to choose to take responsibility, towards achieving the Goals.
This is achieved by coaching the management, and then teaching management to coach their staff. Supporting them and rather than telling them what to do, the manager will encourage the staff to decide, and in doing so to take responsibility they learn becoming motivated and productive.
In this way the manager will be able to develop the staff while ensuring that goals are met.
All coaching of individuals and companies is completely confidential
I will need to visit for a fact finding session, to meet the people and to understand how the company is structured, how communication happens and the ways that you measure success, for staff at all levels. Are there records on staff development, are emails filed to allow traceability.
I am aware that time is short, and I intend to use short sessions with clear objectives. I will need to coach the management first, so that you are ready to interact with your staff.
I will then coach the sales staff, increasing their confidence, self esteem and performance, with assistance from the sales manager using his new coaching skills. I f necessary I can also teach new hire sales staff, however once coached, they will take responsibility and may only need guidance.
I will encourage them to work out how to achieve the skills they lack, and also get them to work on laying down rules of operation, which they can then discuss with existing staff.
In this way the will learn become more productive and feel good.
Individual problems both personal and work related I can coach in privacy. If there is space to do confidential coaching?
A coaching session can last ½ hour, although ¾ hour is more productive.
Time available
lunchtimes or evenings which must be booked in advance.
If convenient, during the afternoon, booked in advance.
